Click the green button to download a small file.
Open the file. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow…", click Yes (or More info → Run anyway).
Click Connect (not Install). Tell our technician you are ready.
When we are done, close the window. That's it.
Click the green button and open the downloaded file.
Right-click (or Control-click) the installer, choose Open and follow the steps.
Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Tell our technician you are ready. After the session we help you remove it.
You are always in control: a bar on your screen shows when bbtech is connected, and closing the window ends the session at once. Only do this when you are talking to a Bluebell Technologies technician.
